Commercial Kitchen Project

The Commercial Kitchen Committee has visited commercial kitchen projects around the State of Ohio and PA.

The Commercial Kitchen would provide a safe and sanitary venue for entrepenuers to create value added food products.  Users would rent time in the facility to make their food product

The committee is charged with the task of determining the feasibiilty of creating a commercial kitchen in Geauga County.

Factors to be considered are:

Need - How many residents will utilize the facility?

Facility- How large will the facility be and what equipment is necessary.

Funding/Cost - What funding is available and cost estimates for facility and equipment.

Staffing - Is there a need to staff, if so to what extent.
